Healthcare Leader Forum: Primary Care Sustainability will provide a vital insight into the development of primary care services emerging from regional transformation partnerships and local initiatives. It will explore the ways in which primary care will work differently to cope with demand while maintaining quality within financial constraints.
The message from NHS England centres on delivering care closer to home, maximising the potential of community and primary care, and creating multi disciplinary hubs or networks for all non-acute services. The Vanguard programme, with its new models of care, exemplifies the ways in which primary care can be sustainable and adapt to an ageing population and the increase in demand. These events will allow you to explore how your health economy will change in the future, highlight where resources and funding may be available, and outline outcomes which quantify success.Register to attend
