Prevention and Wellbeing in Manchester

Healthcare Leader Forum: Prevention and Wellbeing will provide a vital insight into the delivery of public health strategies emerging from regional transformation partnerships and local initiatives. It will explore the ways in which organisations are coming together, dismantling barriers and working to support and create a healthier population.

Public health, prevention and self care are often hailed as a key solution to the growing pressures on the NHS. But successfully delivering tangible results in these areas has historically been a challenge. Both the Next Steps on the Five Year Forward View and STPs have again highlighted wellbeing, prevention and self care drivers to reduce upstream costs. Whether it be new pathways and services, or better use and signposting to existing resources, these events will explore the key initiatives in each region and identify development opportunities for you and your team.
