Improving Urgent and Emergency Care in Birmingham

Healthcare Leader Forum: Improving Urgent and Emergency Care will provide a vital insight into the delivery of streamlined, efficient urgent care pathways emerging from regional transformation partnerships and local initiatives. It will explore the necessary steps to ensure your organisation is fully prepared and that services are properly resourced.

As both primary care and hospitals report a lack of capacity to manage increasing workload, the development of demand-driven, multidisciplinary out of hours and emergency services is vital. How will the restructure and redesign of services ease pressures and improve outcomes? What changes will be made to ensure patients are able to access the right services, at the right time, in the right place? These events will explore the regional strategies and developing approaches that are transforming how care is accessed.
